Jactone Directors Carol Web and Michele Knowles Retire


It was an emotional day yesterday as we said goodbye and wished a very happy retirement to Carol Webb and Michele Knowles after 32 years at Jactone 🥹

Over more than three decades, Carol and Michele have been an integral part of Jactone’s journey, helping to shape the business through their dedication, leadership, knowledge and unwavering commitment. Their contributions have left a lasting impact on our colleagues and customers, and their legacy will continue to be felt for years to come.

Reflecting on the occasion, Jactone Managing Director Craig Halford shared:

“Working with family is a unique experience. We have shared some really great times and not so great times, some tricky decisions, and we have had plenty of lively debates. But through every twist and turn, having my sisters by my side has not only been a source of my own great pride, but I know has been a pride that Mum and Dad – Jactone founders Jacqueline and Tony, also shared.”

Craig added:

“You brought a level of loyalty, trust and deep care for our company and its staff that helped carry forward our company culture. You’ve treated your colleagues like an extension of our family.”

While Carol and Michele will be greatly missed by everyone at Jactone, we are excited for them as they begin this new chapter and enjoy the opportunities that retirement brings.
