Jactone Announces Transition to Third-Generation Family Ownership

We are proud to announce that Jactone has entered an exciting new chapter, transitioning to its third generation of family ownership.

With impending family retirements in the coming months, ownership of Jactone has now been secured through a Management Buyout.

Managing Director Craig Halford is joined on the Board by his sons, Ben and Sam Halford, who will form the Management Team leading Jactone into the future.

Departing Directors – and Craig’s sisters – Carol Webb and Michele Knowles will remain with the company until the autumn to ensure a smooth and seamless handover. We thank them for their immense contribution and wish them every happiness in their well-earned retirements later this year.
